If there was the opportunity for zero stars, then that's what I'd give ASK. We were treated terribly here, and the food wasn't much better either. After ordering a bottle of wine by pointing to it on the menu and eventually spelling it out for the waitress who couldn't understand us, we were brought the incorrect bottle. The waitress poured three glasses and when we pointed out that it was not the one we ordered (although we said we'd be happy to keep it) she angrily removed the bottle and the three poured glasses from our table and then proceeded to pour the wine BACK into the bottle (discreetly, mind you so people wouldn't see) and return the bottle to the fridge for the next poor people who would order it. We were made to feel as though this was our fault and should have walked out sooner had we known how poorly we were about to be treated. |
